April 4th-Saturday – Service at 5:00 pm

April 5th-Sunday-Palm Sunday service at 10:00 am

April 9th-Thursday-Maundy  Thursday service without foot washing at 7:00 pm

April 10th- Friday-Good Friday service at noon.  Joint service at 1st Presbyterian and Peace Lutheran at 7:00 pm

April 11th-Holy Saturday – Easter Vigil at St. Luk’s Episcopal at 8:00 pm.  Champagne and carrot cake to follow

April  12th – Sunday Easter Brunch – 9:00 am- Easter egg Hunt at 9:30 am– Easter Service at 10:00 am

Sunday school is held at 9:00AM for all ages on Sunday mornings.

Lenten Study begins Sunday, March 1st at 9:00am.  Entitled Wondrous Love: Holy Week in Word and Art.”  The study blends artwork with insightful commentary for Lent and Easter.  No preparation required. 

Altar Guild is responsible for setting up and taking down the altar for regular services, holy days, weddings, funerals and other celebrations. This includes “setting the table” – filling the decanters with water and wine, counting the wafers, filling the candles with oil. We are also responsible for the priest’s vestments and the care and cleaning of the altar linens. Twice a year we gather to polish the brass to keep the crosses and candles holders shining brightly. We could use so many more helpers.
This is truly a special way to serve the Lord. We invite both the men and women of the parish to participate in this ministry. If you are interested in learning more about the Altar Guild please contact the church office at (406) 259-2017.

Almighty God, bless, we pray, our work in mission and ministry in the world; and make us so thankful for the precious gift to us of your beloved Son, that we may pray fervently, labor diligently, and give liberally to make known though out the world the redeeming love of our Savior. Amen.
